In how much time will my request be delivered?

You can choose between a 24 working hour service or a 24-72 working hour service as long as you place the order before 10:00 a.m. and it is within the peninsula.

Shipping policy (times and costs)

National orders are prepared and sent to their destinations the next business day after purchase and the times and costs are as follows:

24h-72h business hours: €4.95
24h: €8

You can always track your shipment on the Envialia website with your tracking number that you should have received by SMS. If not, you can obtain it by calling Envialia Sevilla at +34 954 981 710, giving the name and surname of the person who placed the order and saying that the order was placed with Lulàs_Lulàs.

Orders to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla go with certified Post Office and we offer a single rate of €4.95 and estimated shipping time between 4-7 business days counting from the day the order is sent and taking into account that we ship two days per week .

IMPORTANT : Periods of sales, promotions, in times of pandemics, transport strikes, launches are exceptional periods and may exceed the times stated above.

How I can return an order?

If for any reason you do not want your order at Lulàs_Lulàs, we give you 15 calendar days to make the return. If you have questions about the return or exchange you want to request, send an email to customers@lulas-lulas.com.

We offer you two options to make your return (only national peninsula), choose the one that best suits you:

1- Send your return paying the shipping costs to the following address:

We recommend that you send the order with a tracking number. This way, you will have a tracking number to check the status of the shipment at any time. The company is not responsible for failed deliveries. In addition, it is mandatory to include a copy of your order (confirmation email that you received when placing the order), especially if the shipment is made by a person other than the one listed on the order form. You will have to include the white jewelry box wrapped in bubble wrap (this must arrive clean and undamaged, as well as the merchandise inside, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the refund). The company is not responsible for taxes, customs, or other expenses that may arise from shipping.

2- We will manage the collection for your return. The cost of the collection will be €8 and will always be assumed by the customer. These costs will be paid by bank transfer to the account ES19 0182 6005 2602 0159 1207 and the receipt will be sent by email to customers@lulas-lulas.com indicating the name and surname of the person who placed the order and the order number. Once we have received the transfer, we will manage the collection of your order with Envialia. They will pick up your order within the next 24-72 business hours from the day after we process the collection. You will have to give the delivery person the white jewelry box wrapped in bubble wrap (it must arrive clean and without any damage, as well as the merchandise inside, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the refund) as well as a copy of the receipt for your order (confirmation email that you received when placing the order). *Only exchanges are accepted during sales or promotions. For orders outside the peninsula, only option 1 is available.

And if I want to change a product, how do I do it?

If you want to change a product you must request it at the following email address customers@lulas-lulas.com indicating your order number and specifying the model you want us to send you. Within 24/48 hours you will receive confirmation that your change has been accepted. By default, we will send the new product to the same address that we had used to send the first package.

Remember that the same delivery person who delivers the new package will ask you for the old order. If you do not have it at the time of the new delivery, the delivery person will NOT give you the package.

You have a period of 15 days from when you receive the order to request an exchange of the product. The exchange of the product will be made for another product of the same amount and will be subject to their stock. The product change will be free in the Peninsula the first time except for orders less than 80 euros where the customer will have to pay the corresponding shipping costs. If you want to make more than one exchange, you will have to pay the corresponding shipping costs of €10.*On sales or promotions, only exchanges are accepted.

Are the chains and charms (or pendants) sold together or separately?

All our pieces are designed to be 100% customizable and very versatile. Both the chains/necklaces and the charms (also called pendants) are sold separately, designed this way so that you can create a personalized combination, giving the final piece greater meaning for you. You will design your own jewelry. This way you will be able to have a necklace and as many ways to wear it as you want. Plus, you can always keep adding new charms to your collection and make your looks completely change.

Are your jewelry for men or women?

Our jewelry does not understand gender. This can be defined in many ways: gender neutral, unisex or genderless. We do not intend to put labels on our jewelry, in fact, we love to eliminate all the barriers and all the labels that limit us to express ourselves as people in all our diversity. Do you love our chains? Wear them, enjoy them, dance with them, dream with them.

Where is the jewelry made?

98% of our pieces are our own design and creation. All our products are designed in London and Seville. Our workshop is in Seville. Our local production is reflected in the designs, inspired by the colors and the cities we inhabit.

If it's a gift, can you write a dedication for me?

Of course, you can include it in the notes section that will appear when you go to your cart. When you are making the purchase, you will find a section under the title: “Leave special instructions below.” We always read them, so don't worry, the dedication will reach that special person to whom you are sending the gift.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have a physical store in Seville, an Andalusian city located in the South of Spain. The address is Calle Amor de Dios 24. We are very excited to receive your visits, get to know you, and we will be happy to serve you there! Workshop-store hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
